Yoshua Bakker is een Architectuur student aan de Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Yoshua heeft de opleiding Architectuur gekozen omdat hij gefascineerd is door de bouwwereld.
Van jongs af aan wist hij al dat hij gebouwen en huizen wou ontwerpen. Op jonge leeftijd was hij ook al bezig met het tekenen van huizen.
Daarnaast was hij ook altijd buiten bezig met het maken van (boom)hutten welk elk een uniek karakter had.
Toen hij van de basisschool kwam ging hij verder op het Vmbo met de ambitie om architect te worden. Op het Vmbo stroomde hij in bij de opleiding Bouwen & Wonen, hier heeft hij veel met zijn handen gewerkt.
Na het Vmbo ging hij door naar het Mbo, waar hij Bouwkunde heeft gestudeerd. Hier heeft hij ook nog op de bouwplaats meegewerkt. Na het Mbo, ging hij naar het Hbo waar hij nu bezig is met afstuderen.
De toekomstvisie van Yoshua ligt waarschijnlijk niet in alleen Nederland zelf maar ook in het Buitenland.
Het oorspronkelijke idee was om deze website geheel op te zetten in het Engels omdat mijn toekomstvisie voor mijn carrière op internationale niveau ligt. Dit zou een goede oefening zijn voor mijn zakelijke en technische Engels.
Na nadere gedachten vond ik het toch verstandiger om deze website in het Nederlands te schrijven met Engelse vertalingen eronder.

(Yoshua Bakker is an Architecture student at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Yoshua chose to study architecture because he’s fascinated by the world of construction and architecture.
From a young age Yoshua already knew that he wanted to become an architect. As child he was already drawing and designing houses.
Besides that he was always outside making treehouses and other shacks in the woods. Every treehouse and shack he made had an unique character.
When he left lower school he went to High school with the ambition to become an architect. At High school he chose to do something with construction, at this education he worked a lot with his hands.
After High school he went to Vocational Education to study a pre fase of architecture. Here he even worked on a construction site as a trainee.
After Vocational Education he went to University of Professional Education, where he’s now working on his final thesis.
Yoshua’s future vision doesn’t lay only in the Netherlands itself but also abroad in other countries.
The first idea was to make this website entirely in English because I want to my future career to be on an international level. This would be and great exercise to practise my business English and Technical English.
After some thinking I thought it would be wise to make the website in Dutch and put English Subtitles underneath it.)
